Starting with crafting the optimal business plan, the staffing plan will be constructed from beginning to end, covering Screening, Hiring, Training, Compensation, Promotion, Discipline and Termination.  This training will teach you how to measurably improve the quality of your team, getting the most out of your A players and revamping and revitalizing your team where necessary in order to create amazing results in business growth and legal service deliverables in your law firm.

This program is designed to be interactive.  Law Firm owners will not attend to sit passively, take in information, return to their firms, and perhaps get around to taking some action.  As we move through the material, participants will be encouraged to ask questions, respond to polls presented, engage in Q&A, actively participate in demonstrations, and walk away with concrete plans for overhauling an optimizing their business teams.
